Well, Pat is back in the UK and Mike is taking the boat North on his own. Above we show the lovely Rock Side Café on St Vincent. You can find out how we progressed in April by checking the Log Page and read Mike’s Page for the maintenance report.

We will not update the page next month. Pat will not be back until the beginning of June so we will travel further north and report at the end of June.

Welcome to the voyage of El Lobo.

We are Mike Perrin and Pat Whittaker from Sunderland, UK, We hope  to spend the next few years travelling the globe. Mike has done a lot of sailing and Pat hopes she will be more experienced on their return!

We have refurbished this grand old lady, El Lobo, and began our journey on 1st April 2007. She is a 39 ft Samson C-Bird Ferro cement junk-rigged schooner which was built in 1971. She has already been to the Caribbean and the Mediterranean and Baltic with her previous owner. We hope to have as many grand adventures.

Friends and colleagues are welcome to browse these pages and we hope to keep everyone updated as the voyage progresses.
